Shipping policy
Shipping:Â If an item is in stock, it takes us 1-3 business days to process your order and 5-9 business days to be delivered to you. Some of our items ship out from the USA and others from our overseas location. In the event of shipping delays by our shipping companies, items could take 7-12 business days for delivery.
Pricing: All of The Carbon Connect's product prices already include shipping and tax for your location.
Import Fees:  Any applicable import fees/taxes to other countries (not USA) are the buyer’s responsibility.
Lost Packages: Most of our shipping methods DO NOT require signature upon delivery. If no one is at the shipping address to receive the package from the shipping company, the shipping company will leave the package in front of the customer's door. Tracking numbers are provided with all packages and estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier with all tracking numbers. The customer is responsible for planning to be at the shipping address at the time of package delivery. The Carbon Connect is not liable for stolen or lost packages due to the customer not being at the shipping address at the time of delivery. The Carbon Connect is not liable for delays on the shipping carrier’s end due to extreme weather conditions, current events, or any other reason. The Carbon Connect and designated shipping carriers investigate all lost package requests extensively.
Damaged Items: Please inspect all contents of your package as soon as you receive it and let us know immediately if your package is damaged by contacting @thecarbonconnect on Instagram, using our chat feature, or emailing us at support@thecarbonconnect.store. Customers must contact The Carbon Connect within 3 days of receiving the package if the package or product has incurred any damage.
